We had the pleasure of meeting Stephanie Chin back in the summer of 2017 and just by coincidence, we were working together at two weddings over consecutive weekends. From those two weddings alone, we could see how incredibly talented Stephanie was, expertly planning and coordinating what was a relaxed beachside wedding followed by a multi-day Indian celebration.
In the weeks leading up to both weddings, she was so professional and proactive in getting the schedule out to us with all the information we needed. On the day of the weddings themselves, she was absolutely on top of everything while being so friendly and personable at the same time.
Stephanie works with an incredible team of people who are just as committed to creating a once-in-a-lifetime event for their clients as she is. From the way they communicate with their couples to the attention to detail, Stephanie Chin Events delivers seamless and stress-free wedding days that are a pleasure to be a part of.
Even though we’ve only known Stephanie and her team for less than two years, they’ve rapidly become one of our favorite planners and coordinators to work with. By being on top of absolutely everything, they make our jobs as photographers so much easier. Stephanie’s a certified wedding planner by the Association of Certified Professional Wedding Consultants and has honed her skills under some of the most successful wedding planners in the industry.
From keeping track of time to fluffing the bride’s dress and holding her bouquet, her team is always on hand to go the extra mile. We just love that she provides a dedicated assistant to be with us and the bride throughout the entire day, acting as another set of hands to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible during portrait sessions.
Stephanie’s team function as a well-oiled machine, with each wearing headsets so they can easily communicate with one another across the venue. It was this professionalism and consideration for everyone around her that made us instantly click with Stephanie and we hope to work with her again in the very near future.
